The beginning
Our
Story
We are Neruwan from Thailand, and Byörn from Switzerland, and we have traveled the world for the last 20 years by Airplane, Super Yachts, Motorbikes, Trains and Cars.
Our Story started over 2 decades ago when we met on a Diving Liveaboard. Byörn working as a Cruise Director on board and Neruwan as a Guest Relations Manager in the same Company. We clicked immediately and started our journey together, finding our way in this world and enjoying it in each others company.
After the 2004 Tsunami, Byörn started a new Career as Engineer on a Yacht in Mexico and soon after, Neruwan followed him to work and travel on the high seas together. Traveling became a lifestyle that we both really enjoyed. And the rest is history.
We build ourselves a house to live in and started to ride Motorbikes whenever we where home during our off times. Traveling Southeast Asia on 2 Wheels together from KL, Malaysian in the south to the Base Camp of Mt. Everest, Tibet in the Northwest. Touring SEAsia was born.
It was during this time that we made plans to travel the world part time, and would work part time to finance it.
And then the pandemic hit in 2020 and all slowed down to a standstill.
For 2 years we where waiting to see, and hoped that everything would be over and back to normal, but it never did. So we made a live-changing decision.
Sell everything, buy a 4x4 Truck Camper and start living and traveling the world, before it is too late.
The Project, Find Our Way 4x4, was born. Neruwan and I are working on it and we will be hopefully embarking in December 2022 on our journey of a lifetime and will share our experience with you all.
But the Project is not only about us traveling the globe. It is also about showing the younger generation and Kids how to find their own way in this world with projects that teach, explain and encourage them to learn, question, try and fail, experience new and different ways and discover different cultures.
There is too much not taught in schools that is essential to master live and find our way in this world.
Our goal is to document our travels and to hopefully inspire and encourage others, young and old, to take the leap, go out and see the world. We hope to show you that traveling the world is not a privilege but rather a gift.
